Maternal Levels. Four women who were 4 or 6 days postpartum were given a single 100 mg dose of amdinocillin. The drug was not detectable in breastmilk 1 or 3 hours after the dose, although the sensitivity of the assay is unknown.[ 1 ] Infant Levels.
